Aurora Police urge any individuals sexually victimized at drug test facility to come forward

Aurora Police Arrest Man for Unwanted Sexual Contact at Urinalysis Service, Urge Victims to Come Forward

On March 15, Aurora police arrested Arben “Ben” Duka, a 60-year-old man, for making unwanted sexual contact with clients at his urinalysis service. The incident occurred in October and led to the discovery of two additional instances where Duka had unwanted sexual contact with women while they were providing urine samples. Duka has been charged by the Adams County District Attorney’s Office with unlawful sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both misdemeanors.

The police are concerned that there may be additional victims who have not reported incidents of unwanted sexual contact to the authorities. Therefore, detectives are urging anyone with more information about Duka or who was victimized while visiting Aurora Employment Testing to come forward and speak with them. Members of the public who have information about Duka or his alleged crimes are encouraged to contact the police at 720-913-7867, referencing the case number AP23-202838.
