Aurora Business Owner Arrested for Sexual Misconduct: Three Incidents Uncovered, Victims Encouraged to Come Forward
Aurora Employment Testing owner Arben “Ben” Duka, 60, was arrested on March 15th for felony unlawful sexual contact after a woman reported that she was assaulted at the business. The incident was reported in October by the victim who said she was assaulted at Duka’s business, previously known as Wiz Quiz Employment Testing. The business had been operating under this name since March 2015 before Duka changed it in February of the previous year.
The investigation into Duka’s behavior uncovered two additional incidents that took place in 2023 involving Duka and female victims. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both of which are misdemeanors. The case was filed in October, coinciding with the most recent incident reported.
As a result of these charges, potential witnesses or victims are encouraged to come forward and share their experiences with Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and reference case number AP23-202838. The investigation is ongoing, and the Sex Crimes Unit detectives will continue to work to bring justice to any victims who may have been harmed by Duka’s actions.
