Michael Langman: Appointed Vice President of Commercial Aerospace & Defense Sales and Business Development at SparkCognition

Michael Langman has recently been appointed as the Vice President of Commercial Aerospace & Defense Sales and Business Development at SparkCognition. He previously held the position of Vice President of Strategy, Sales, and Business Development for the company’s Government Systems business. Langman announced his new role through a LinkedIn post on Friday.

Throughout his career, Langman has gained extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Prior to joining SparkCognition Government Systems, he worked as Vice President at D-Fend Solutions. He also served in the U.S. Army for five years, where he reached the rank of captain before transitioning to the business sector. In addition to his military experience, Langman has worked in various corporate roles such as Corporate Development/M&A Executive at Rockwell Collins Company and Managing Director at The McLean Group. He also served as Senior Director of Corporate Business Development at Thales’ U.S. business arm.

Langman’s diverse background and experience make him a valuable asset to SparkCognition team, which will benefit from his expertise in commercial aerospace & defense sales and business development as well as his knowledge of government systems business.
