Discover the Top Small Cities to Start a Business in America: A WalletHub Study Reveals Utah’s Hidden Gems

A recent analysis by WalletHub has ranked several Utah cities among the best small cities to start a business in the United States. The study examined over 1,300 small towns with populations between 25,000 and 100,000 people and created a list of the top 30 best cities to launch a business.

The rankings were based on several factors such as small business growth rates, commute times, average business revenue, office space costs, working-age population growth, and cost of living. Cedar City was named the top city in the country for its short commute times and recent growth in small businesses. Additionally, it was recognized for its job and working-age population growth.

St. George followed closely behind Cedar City at number two on the list. It received high marks for its affordable office space costs compared to Cupertino, California’s most expensive city. Utah had ten cities make it onto the top 30 list for best small cities to start a business including Cedar City, St. George, Washington City, Lehi, Eagle Mountain, Midvale, American Fork, Springville
