Uniting for Community: The Big Push to End Hunger in the Flathead Valley.

Title & Escrow and the Flathead Food Bank are joining forces once again for their 13th annual Closing the Hunger Gap food drive, which will take place throughout May. The collection of food and funds will be held at various Flathead Valley branches, with a portion of the revenue generated in May also being donated to support local communities in need. Drop-offs can be made during business hours, Monday to Friday, until May 31. Since 2012, this campaign has contributed an impressive 268,116 pounds of food and $377,184 to those in need.

The Bigfork Chamber of Commerce is inviting all business professionals to attend their May Sundowner event on May 9 at 5 p.m. at Tall Pine located at 435 Grand Drive in Bigfork. This event provides an excellent opportunity for networking and learning about upcoming events in the community.

On May 14th, the Columbia Falls Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their May membership luncheon at Cedar Creek Lodge, located at 930 Second Ave. W in Columbia Falls. Guest speaker for this event will be Doug Mitchell, executive director of the Glacier National Park Conservancy, who will share insights on upcoming events and opportunities for businesses in the area.

Businesses looking to make the most out of their chamber membership can attend a Maximize Your Membership session hosted by the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce on May 6 from 8-9 a.m., where they can receive valuable information on how to get the most benefits from their memberships. Additionally, on May 6th at noon at their location at 2 South Main St., Suite 205, Kalispell Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its government affairs committee meeting where attendees can hear from Jarod Nygren from the city of Kalispell regarding updates on Main Street Safety Action Plan implementation.
