SMP Health – Ave Maria: 33 Outstanding Caregivers Nominated for North Dakota Long Term Care’s Caregiver of the Year Program

In Jamestown, SMP Health – Ave Maria received nominations for 33 individuals and their entire team for the North Dakota Long Term Care’s Caregiver of the Year program. This annual program is sponsored by the North Dakota Long Term Care Association in Bismarck, and this year they received over 800 nominations. The nominations came from residents and their families who wanted to recognize the hard work and dedication of these caregivers. Each nominee plays a vital role in providing care and support to those in need at SMP Health – Ave Maria.
