During Public Health Week in Detroit, residents will have access to free health screenings and activities aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle from April 1 through April 6. Hosted by the Detroit Health Department, this event is open to all and does not require appointments, IDs, or health insurance.

Additionally, there will be HIV and syphilis testing available. Fitness classes will also be offered as well as CPR training and Narcan training along with kit distribution. Mental health makeovers will also be provided during the week long event.
Events will be held at various locations throughout the city at different dates and times. The schedule runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m on Monday through Friday and 12 p.m to 2 p.m on Saturday at the Detroit Health Department, Detroit police precincts
