VisiTech Inc., a technology public relations firm founded in 1998, has been acquired by Comprise, a full-service public-relations and marketing agency. As part of the acquisition, VisiTech’s staff will join the Comprise team, with CEO Lisa Tafolla taking on the role of strategic business adviser.
Comprise CEO Doyle Albee expressed excitement about the acquisition, stating that VisiTech’s skills, relationships, expertise, and client base complement their existing business. He sees the acquisition as a natural fit that will benefit both companies.
VisiTech’s success over the years can be attributed to Tafolla’s ability to recognize and hire excellent people. She praised Comprise for passing her “Lisa test” and is confident that their clients will benefit from the expanded services and energy of the combined team.
Both companies are committed to maintaining high ethical standards, which Tafolla believes will ensure a smooth transition and continued quality service for their clients. The acquisition deal is structured as an asset purchase agreement with undisclosed terms and is expected to be finalized on May 1st.
