World Cup: India’s Premier Fielder Selected for Final Team

In Mumbai, Sachin Tendulkar announced Shreyas Iyer as the medal winner after India defeated Sri Lanka. In Lucknow, after their win over England, the winner was illuminated in the dark stadium. In other locations, the giant screen on the ground, the Spidercam, and even local field crew were used to announce the medal recipients.

After the semi-final match against New Zealand, fielding coach T Dilip declared Ravindra Jadeja as the winner through a dressing-room TV announcement.
