As the coach of the Lebanon Higher College Science Olympiad group, I would like to express my thanks and gratitude, on behalf of our students, to the stakeholders in our neighborhood who have been so significant to our good results. The Byrne Foundation, Bio X Cell, Geokon, Mascoma Bank and Ulysses Diversified Holdings have every contributed to our teams at many points all through the final eight years.

This year, Lebanon Higher College took very first and second spot in the state championships held in April at Saint Anselm College and was capable to send a group of 15 higher college students from Lebanon, Grantham and Plainfield to the national championships in Wichita, Kan., thanks to the assistance of our sponsors. Representing our neighborhood and the state of New Hampshire at this national competitors is an impressive achievement for our students and our college district — 1 that will inspire generations of Lebanon students to come.
