Hyeyoung Lim, Ph.D., associate professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s J. Frank Barefield, Jr. Division of Criminal Justice, has been chosen as the 2023-24 Education Ambassador of Larger Education by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). In this function, Lim will shape CFR Education’s educational merchandise and share ideal practices for teaching international concerns although fostering international civics advocacy amongst her students.
Lim will participate in a nine-month system that connects educators across the United States with sources, experienced improvement activities, and a robust experienced network. She was encouraged to apply for the system just after becoming impressed by the CFR’s functions in the course of a two-day workshop in April.
