Based in northwest Houston, the company produces approximately 250 million emblems and custom products annually. Originally a small shop in New Jersey in 1993, World Emblem has expanded to include nine locations worldwide and employs over 1,000 individuals.

Chief Operating Officer Jim Kozel revealed that World Emblem caters to orders of all sizes, with a minimum quantity of one garment for embroidery services. Whether a customer needs one garment or 10,000 garments embroidered, World Emblem can fulfill the request. Some of the company’s notable clients include the NFL, Levi’s, New Era, and Perry Ellis.

Kozel underscored World Emblem’s customized approach to production, emphasizing that all products are made to meet the specific needs of each customer. Visitors touring the facilities can witness the intricate work being done by skilled craftsmen and artists who specialize in creating high-quality patches and emblems for some of the biggest name brands in the industry.
