TechTarget collaborates with G2 to offer B2B technology buyers with decision-making support content.

TechTarget and G2 Announce Strategic Partnership to Deliver Comprehensive B2B Tech Buyer Insights

TechTarget, a leading provider of B2B technology purchase intent data and marketing services, has announced a strategic partnership with G2, a B2B software review website. The partnership aims to deliver contextually relevant content experiences to audiences by combining TechTarget’s independent editorial content with G2’s user-generated insights.

As part of the new agreement, the two companies will release G2 TechBlend, a content solution that blends TechTarget’s contextually relevant editorial content with insights, news, and trend analysis from G2. Additionally, TechTarget will introduce new site features such as over 2.4M peer reviews from the G2 marketplace on its website.

Rebecca Kitchens, President of TechTarget, stated, “Today’s B2B tech buyers are further along in the buying cycle than ever before and rely heavily on trusted online sources to educate themselves on specific solutions that will help their organizations overcome challenges. TechTarget and G2 are both leaders in their respective fields and offer robust content experiences and complementary traffic sources. When combined, they provide tremendous value to self-service buyers at every stage of their research journey.”

This partnership closely follows TechTarget’s acquisition of Informa Tech’s digital businesses earlier this year. By absorbing these businesses into its own platform, TechTarget aimed to create a global leader in B2B data and market access. With this latest partnership with G2, it is continuing to strengthen its position as a go-to source for B2B tech buyers seeking valuable insights and information to inform their purchasing decisions.
