THERE WAS A image in the Journal final week of a accurate legend in NM Basketball history, Lenny Roybal. 1st as a player then a coach, he was genuinely outstanding and outstanding. In my humble opinion, if provided the likelihood through his coaching prime, he would have place Lobo basketball on the map!

Completely AGREE with Ruben Griego on bringing Yvonne Sanchez back as the UNM women’s coach. Not only skilled and pretty knowledgeable but a good recruiter of talented girls basketball players at the collegiate level. Excellent concept that would advantage our location and UNM women’s group.
