Shocking Event in Čazma: Dog Bites 12-Year-Old Boy, Owner Faces Legal Consequences
On Saturday at approximately 1:30 p.m., a 12-year-old boy was attacked by a dog in Donji Draganac while attempting to climb onto a bicycle. The dog, which had run out of its yard, bit the boy on the leg and the back of the head. The young boy was rushed to the hospital in Bjelovar, where doctors found minor injuries.
According to reports from the PU Bjelovarsko-Bilogorska, a 50-year-old individual will be held responsible for keeping an animal without supervision as a result of this incident. It is hoped that this action will serve as a reminder to pet owners of the importance of properly supervising their animals at all times, especially when they are outside their homes.
