Paris 2024 Olympics are just around the corner, and everyone is buzzing with excitement. Sha’Carri Richardson, the reigning world champion in the 100m, recently met Grammy Award-winning rapper Cardi B in a video that premiered during NBC Sports’ coverage of the 150th Kentucky Derby on Saturday.

Richardson is currently gearing up for the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials from June 21-30 in Eugene, Oregon, where she hopes to make the team and compete in the individual events at Paris 2024. Before the trials, Richardson will have a chance to showcase her skills at the Pre Classic meet on May 25 in Eugene. This event is one of the most prestigious annual international track and field meets held in America, and it will be televised live by NBC Sports and Peacock.
