Salisbury-Rowan NAACP President Gemale A. Black not too long ago was named to Charlotte Business enterprise Journal’s 40 Beneath 40 class for 2023 through a reception on Wednesday, Could 17, at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Charlotte.
