On April 11, from 4-5:30 p.m., the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Policy (STEP) Program will be hosting its annual keynote address. This year’s presentation will feature a virtual talk by Roger Pielke Jr., an advocate for research policymaking.
The event is sponsored by the +Policy Network and has co-sponsorship from the School of Public and International Affairs and the Department of Political Science at Virginia Tech. Attendees can join a watch party in 311 Latham Hall, where light snacks will be provided. For those unable to attend in person, a Zoom option is also available but requires registration.
Individuals interested in learning more about the STEP Program can visit their website for additional information. If you require accommodations due to a disability, please contact Todd Schenk at tschenk@vt.edu during regular business hours at least ten business days prior to the event to make arrangements.
