Grubhub, a leading online and mobile food ordering and delivery platform, has announced its integration with MENU Link, a marketplace order management system developed by PAR Tech, Inc. (PAR), a global restaurant technology company that provides unified commerce solutions for enterprise restaurants.
MENU Link is part of the PAR MENU ecosystem and is designed to seamlessly integrate with PAR Brink POS®, PAR’s innovative cloud-based point-of-sale system. This integration automatically syncs menu items, pricing, and other order information between the two systems, sending incoming orders directly to the restaurant’s kitchen without requiring staff to manually enter them.
With this integration in place, restaurant managers can enjoy robust reporting on all Grubhub orders while saving time and reducing errors. Additionally, restaurants can easily manage Grubhub delivery and pickup orders directly within PAR Brink POS, streamlining operations for kitchen and front-of-house staff.
“How people experience food has drastically changed — especially among millennials and Gen Z — with the surge in delivery services,” said Savneet Singh, CEO of PAR Tech. “Together with GrubHub, our MENU Link solution tackles this head-on by integrating all major delivery services into one system.” This innovation provides restaurants with centralized control over their menus, dynamic pricing for different channels, store-level information, and order data from third-party marketplaces. This unified approach eliminates confusion, costly errors
