rEvolution Sports Marketing Launches Dedicated Soccer Division
rEvolution Sports Marketing Group has recently launched a soccer-specific division called rEv United, inspired by the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup in North America. The Chicago-based firm has extensive experience in soccer, having worked with organizations such as MLS, FIFA, and Concacaf. Additionally, earlier this year, rEvolution became Ligue 1’s agency of record in the U.S.
SVP Bruce Bundrant is heading up the rEv United division and brings extensive experience to the table, having worked at organizations such as Relevent Sports Group, AS Monaco, Liverpool, and DC United. Bundrant mentioned that the agency plans to make several hires focused on soccer for the new division.
rEvolution aims to expand its business by serving both soccer properties and brands. According to Bundrant, the soccer landscape is currently complicated, with numerous teams, leagues, tournaments, and other entities. He believes that rEvolution can help brands navigate this complex environment.
Marketing agencies are vying to position themselves well to win the business of brands looking to capitalize on the rare 2026 World Cup event. There is currently strong competition in this space from both international agencies and U.S.-based agencies focusing on soccer-specific divisions. This year has also seen other significant moves in the soccer marketing space, including GMR Marketing launching a dedicated division called GMR FC and For Soccer Ventures acquiring Gilt Edge Soccer Marketing.
