Rams introduce Performance Camps in partnership with Cedars-Sinai as official health sponsor

Rams Performance Camps: Develop Your Football Skills and Character with Top NFL Coaches and All-American College Athletes

Rams Performance Camps are the perfect opportunity for young athletes to improve their football skills, with former NFL and All-American collegiate athletes and coaches leading each non-contact camp. These camps will focus on teaching basic football concepts, advanced positional skill development, and football education, while also promoting character development through a competitive mindset. Participants will learn valuable life skills that can be applied both on and off the field.

The Rams Cheerleaders will be leading the coed cheerleading camp, welcoming campers of all experience levels. During the camp, participants will learn the fundamentals of dance, basic sideline choreography, and how to achieve a star-studded stage presence. The camp’s focus is on building self-esteem to prepare attendees for center-stage performances. These camps offer valuable skills that can be applied both in the classroom and on the field.

Each camp will feature an orientation for parents/guardians in support of the NFL’s Play Football “Get in the Game” initiative. These orientations, led by NCAA representatives, will discuss college entrance requirements for student-athletes. Each camp will include lunch from Rams partner Carl’s Jr., giveaways, a live DJ, and photo opportunities with the Super Bowl LVI Trophy. Select locations will also feature appearances from Rams Legends and mascot Rampage, with each camp open to 400 attendees who will receive a branded t-shirt upon registration.

Registration is now open at therams.com/performance-camps for these exciting camps taking place on various dates in June at Cerritos High School, Grossmont High School, Birmingham High School and Chino Hills High School from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm PT with a registration fee of $100 per camp.

These camps are an excellent opportunity for young athletes to hone their football skills while learning valuable life skills that can be applied both on and off the field. With experienced coaches leading each non-contact camp and an exciting lineup of events including appearances from Rams Legends and mascot Rampage
