Nurturing Our Health: A Webinar with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and OneOp on the Benefits of Connecting with Nature

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and OneOp are teaming up to host a webinar on April 17 focused on improving health and wellness through connecting with nature. The webinar will discuss the benefits of going outdoors and enjoying nature, and it will be held from 10-11 a.m.

OneOp is a virtual professional development platform for providers who serve military families, while AgriLife Extension in Bryan-College Station is a leading research institution dedicated to providing educational resources and support to farmers, ranchers, and communities across the state. Together, they aim to highlight the importance of spending time in nature for improved health and wellness.

Debra Kellstedt, a specialist at AgriLife Extension in Bryan-College Station, will be the featured speaker and will cover topics such as identifying health and wellness benefits of nature, discussing enablers and barriers to connecting with nature regularly, and exploring programs that help individuals, families
