NFL Supports Elon Musk’s X Platform

The NFL has announced that it will not be stopping its advertising on social media platform X, despite concerns over content moderation and a recent instance of an anti-Semitic message being allowed. Brian Rolapp, Chief Media and Business Officer of the NFL, stated that the league will continue to advertise on the platform because its fans are present.

This decision has sparked debate over reasonable limits on content that can be posted, with some critics arguing that harmful viewpoints should not be tolerated under the guise of free speech. Advertisers and potential users may also have concerns about their presence on the platform.

The NFL is considering whether to financially support X and indirectly endorse its approach by purchasing ads there. So far, the league has maintained its support for the platform.
