New coffee small business set to open in downtown Peoria following closure of prior café
In downtown Peoria, Ty Paluska, 1 of the original founders of Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co., is functioning on a new coffee small business known as Intuition Coffee + Juice. Set to open in late October, the shop will be positioned in the former coffee shop of the Kickapoo Creating. The news release also mentions that the beloved Jumer bear will be present in the new space.
Paluska co-founded Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co. in 2011 but left the small business 5 years later to discover other possibilities in the coffee market. He gained experienced practical experience functioning for coffee-primarily based corporations in Idaho and Utah. In June, Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co. closed down, and the building’s owners approached Paluska about opening a new coffee shop in the space. This led to the conception of Intuition Coffee + Juice, with Paluska’s wife, Kami, who worked at a juice bar in Idaho, joining in the venture.
Intuition Coffee + Juice plans to provide different espresso and coffee drinks, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and wholesale coffee beans. Shoppers will also have the selection to order baked goods from regional corporations. The shop intends to expand into the former Margie’s Dry Cleaners space in the future, offering more seating, a buying region for locally produced solutions, and a lot more operating space.
The concentrate of Intuition Coffee + Juice goes beyond serving higher-high quality coffee. The small business aims to prioritize sustainability, hospitality, wellness, and neighborhood engagement. By supplying a distinctive coffee practical experience and supporting regional corporations, Intuition Coffee + Juice hopes to develop into a hub for the neighborhood.
