New Boston Brigade Launches in Quincy with Highly Anticipated Home Double-Header

Boston Brigade, a new professional flag football team, is set to launch in Quincy. The team will play in the AFFL (American Flag Football League) and will be based at Veteran’s Memorial Stadium. The first home double-header for the team is on May 11th, where they will face off against the Nashville Nighthawks and Las Vegas Lucky Sevens. Tickets can be purchased through their official website.

The season consists of eight games starting in Las Vegas on April 27th and ending in Nashville on June 15th. The championship game will take place on June 22nd in Dallas. This move aligns perfectly with the increasing popularity of flag football, especially with its addition to the 2028 Olympics. It brings excitement to Boston’s sports scene and adds to the city’s storied history in athletics.

Former BSU quarterback James Cahoon showcased his skills at Holy Cross Pro Day on March 21st, catching the eye of NFL scouts present. This impressive performance put him on the radar of professional football teams looking for potential talent.
