Connecticut and Purdue remain atop the rankings, with the Huskies retaining their number one spot and the Boilermakers holding onto second place. Both teams have continued to dominate with impressive performances, which has been reflected in the number of first-place votes they have received.
Houston has made a remarkable comeback and is now sitting at third place, just a few points behind Kentucky. Marquette has made an impressive leap to fourth place, while North Carolina has slipped to fifth after a loss to Clemson.
