J.K. Dobbins scheduled to meet with Chiefs on Tuesday

Kansas City Chiefs Meet with Former Ravens Running Back J.K. Dobbins as He Looks to Rebound from Injuries

Kansas City Chiefs are now meeting with former Ravens running back J.K. Dobbins as he continues his search for a new team after suffering a torn Achilles in the first week of the 2023 regular season. Despite his recent injury, Dobbins has been cleared for all football activities, according to a report from NFL Media.

The 25-year-old is looking to make a comeback after missing the entire 2021 season due to a torn ACL but made a return in 2022, playing eight games and averaging 5.7 yards per carry. His visit with the Chiefs comes after fellow former Ravens running back Gus Edwards signed with the Chargers last month.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Dobbins is expected to sign with a new team soon, indicating that his meetings with AFC West teams could lead to a deal in the near future. Despite his recent setbacks, Dobbins remains determined to get back on the field and prove his worth as one of the best running backs in the league.
