The authorities of the Gaza Strip have announced the death of almost 33,000 people as a result of the bloody military offensive on the Gaza Strip in response to the Hamas attacks on October 7, 2023. The latest published balance sheet shows that 32,975 people have died and another 75,577 have been injured. In recent hours, 59 more people have died and 83 victims have been transferred to the overwhelmed medical centers of the Palestinian enclave. This number could be much higher as there are still many victims still under rubble or lying on streets and highways blocked by Israeli forces.
