DreamFolks Strengthens Its Presence in Malaysia through Advanced Airport Technology
DreamFolks Services Ltd, a company known for its advanced technology services, has recently announced its entry into the Malaysian market. This move is part of the company’s global expansion strategy. The company will be implementing its technology solutions at three major airports in Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Kota Kinabalu International Airport, and Kuching International Airport.
Passengers traveling through these airports will have access to lounges using DreamFolks’ EDC devices. These devices allow for easy transactions with a simple tap or swipe of their bank cards. Alternatively, travelers can also utilize the DreamFolks web access portal to skip queues and gain lounge access by generating a QR code.
In March this year, DreamFolks had announced a partnership with Plaza Premium Group, which has integrated over 340 Plaza Premium Lounges into the DreamFolks Global Lounge Network. This partnership has allowed passengers to have access to more than 1250 lounges worldwide.
Liberatha Kallat, Chairperson and Managing Director of Dreamfolks Services Ltd expressed her confidence in the company’s technology solution and the benefits it will bring to all stakeholders. She believes that passengers will enjoy a convenient and secure airport experience while lounge operators will see improved footfall at their lounges. Additionally, airports will be able to enhance customer experience by providing them with more options for relaxation and dining before they depart on their journey.
As the company takes this significant step in its expansion plan, its shares rose by 0.43% to Rs 564 at 3:27 pm on the BSE.
Overall, this move by DreamFolks Services Ltd is expected to provide a better airport experience for passengers while also benefiting lounge operators and airports alike. With its advanced technology solutions and strategic partnerships like this one, it looks like this Indian-based company is set to continue expanding globally in the years ahead.
