The highly anticipated match between Croatia and Armenia is just a few days away, with the last tickets sold out at the Maksimir stadium in Zagreb. On Tuesday at 20:45, between 15,000 and 18,000 people could be gathered depending on the turnout of children in the section closed for free sale. However, it seems that there will be more than enough fans in attendance as interest has been great and some unsold tickets from Sunday’s HNS put on sale were quickly snatched up.
In preparation for this big event, HNS organized a fan zone near the stadium which opens on Tuesday at 5 pm. Visitors can expect an exciting program that includes a concert by popular Mata Bulić and Tiho Orlić, public viewing of the match live on a big screen next to the stadium, and even some fun activities for the little ones such as e-football and table football.
As a reminder, this match is crucial for Croatia’s national team to confirm their place at Euro 2024. Despite some rain forecasted for Tuesday afternoon, Croatian fans have proven time and time again that weather conditions won’t stop them from cheering on their team. Let’s not forget about the dramatic qualifier match against Russia which was played in challenging weather conditions!
So come along to the Maksimir stadium or visit one of the many fan zones set up around Zagreb to witness this exciting clash between two talented teams!
