Chatbots’ Inappropriate Responses: How to Use Them Without Creating Emotional Ties and Mistrust

From a business perspective, companies are working on improving algorithms and programming to ensure more coherent responses and using filters to avoid inappropriate content. However, it is crucial to be aware that attributing human characteristics to chatbots can be dangerous for individuals with fragile mental health. It is essential to use chatbots for their original function of providing information and data without expressing opinions or creating emotional ties. By focusing on their original functionality, we can ensure their effectiveness and usefulness while minimizing the risk of confusion or mistrust caused by their occasional mistakes.
