Call for Proposals: Site Operations Support Services 5 Seeks Small Business Contributions to Efficient and Safe Lab Operations

A call for proposals has been made public for Site Operations Support Services 5, a small business set-aside contract that provides a range of housekeeping and facility management services to the Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory. The services required for SOS5 include research and development, general engineering, site operations, property management, industrial hygiene, and waste disposal support. This solicitation will benefit the NETL facilities in Oregon, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. However, work locations and contract costs will be determined based on specific requirements. The RFP was posted on SAM.gov on Monday.

Interested parties are invited to submit their responses by May 17th. The selected contractor will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining a safe and clean working environment for the Department of Energy’s staff at these sites.
