Alma Media’s Centralized Advertising Sales and Digital Advertising Development: 28 Personnel Years Cut in Reductions, Impact Felt Across Operations except Netello

The negotiations at Alma Media’s centralized advertising sales and digital advertising development organization have come to a close, resulting in the reduction of 28 personnel years. The majority of these reductions were achieved through separation agreements, while eight individuals were able to secure new positions due to job description changes. Initially, a maximum reduction of 38 person-years was announced at the start of the negotiations.

The impact of these negotiations was felt across all operations of Alma Media solutions, with the exception of Netello. The reductions targeted various personnel groups within Alma Media solutions and included reorganization, changes to work processes, and the adoption of automation to enhance operational efficiency.
