A CEO Steps Down: Rob Marsh Transitions to Board Member Position while Exploring Opportunities in Autism Therapy Industry

The CEO of 360 Behavioral Health, an autism therapy provider based in Chatsworth, California, is stepping down from his role. Rob Marsh will be transitioning to a board member position while exploring other opportunities. He took on the CEO role in January 2022 and will be completing his tenure on April 30. Kate Sheldon-Princi, the current chief operating officer, will serve as the interim CEO following Marsh’s departure.

During Marsh’s time as CEO, significant changes took place within the company. A round of layoffs was implemented in response to stagnant payer rates, the rapid growth of various platform companies, and challenges in staff recruitment and retention. However, the business has since stabilized, with improved rates and hiring practices. The company is now focusing on expansion, with plans to open two locations in Nebraska.

The autism therapy industry has seen several leadership changes in recent years. In August 2018, private equity firm DW Healthcare Partners acquired 360 Behavioral Health for $145 million. Dennis Kogod was the CEO and executive chairman at the time of the acquisition followed by Paul Fischer who served as CEO from February 2019 to November 2021 before stepping down for personal reasons. The company was founded in 2003 by Ali Sadeghi and Leili Zarbakhsh and was previously known as California Psychcare before being acquired by DW Healthcare Partners.
